Stewart Lowinger – CEO Convergence Media
Mr. Lowinger is a successful financier and producer of film, television
and music projects. He is also the CEO of a wireless entertainment
company. Stewart started his prolific entertainment career by producing
his first concert while still a high school student in Long Island, NY.
Stewart studied engineering and economics at Columbia University, where
he served as Concert Chairman on the Board of Managers, and business and
communications at California State University, Sacramento. He held early
jobs in the music industry jobs at Music Phase Magazine, Bill Graham
Presents, and KZAP Radio.
Stewart held positions as vice president of an international plastic
poly bag manufacturer and a broker of semiconductor electronic
components. His fields of expertise include sales, marketing,
management, finance, overseas banking, lines of credit, strategic
planning, and software/technology development. Since 2000, he has been
the CEO of Digitune, a wireless entertainment start-up.
Mr. Lowinger produced the Allman Brothers after-party at The Knitting
Factory in 2005, the television show "Independence" in 2004, and was
featured in the award winning short film "All Bookies Wear Speedos.” He
was an associate producer on several independent film projects,
including "Chlorine," starring Ray Liota and Demi Moore, and served as
the financial consultant on "Chasing the Green." Stewart is also
involved with various projects in the music arena.
As a businessman in finding co funding with films and other
businesses, he is a valued assets to any company.
