Project
Placement Fee and Price List.
In order to assure entertainment accredited projects and to cover administrative
cost, our rate for placing an entertainment offer is set up with a few
different options. All options have one thing in common, if we or our
associates help you get
funding and then your project agrees to
give HollywoodFunding.com, Film or Entertainment Credit. The outline here
is mostly designed for Film, TV and Animation. Others projects may vary
from project to project.
Option One:

$1,000. for one year listing. Includes placement in appropriate
sections on the web site. Web development on our site for placing
your project on a section by its own. That includes 3 pictures if
needed,
text, e mail links directly to you, web links to your site, e mail sent to our growing
list of investors and if desired, put in our cross matching to help you
finds, producers, directors, actors, crew and entrepreneurs.
An additional two percent (2%) consultation fee of the budget goes to
Hollywoodfunding.com or it assigned associate for operations if we assist
you in dealing with or finding interested parties. That 2% consultation fee
is payable
within one week of you
receiving
funds and additional 1% producer gross ownership goes to HollywoodFunding.com.
An
additional 1% to 4% fee of your budget may go to a broker or
finder
that helps you receive the funds.
In
some cases, we become your exclusive consultation representation on the project.
In most cases we also will receive executive producer credits.
We require an agreement be signed and that you credit HollywoodFunding.com
on all media, print, film, advertisements and or any other associate we
bring in to assist us and or you in obtaining funds to make your project
come a reality..
After approval of web posting any additional updating,
text, pictures or changes will be billed at a rate of $75 an hour.
The Aforementioned will be negotiated and agreements
drafted.

Option two:
$500 Same as above, but the consultation fee is increased. This
excludes direct mail link on your post and direct web site listing of your
project.
A five percent
(5%) consultation fee of the budget goes to us for operations as we assist
you in dealing with or finding interested parties. The 5%
consultation fee is payable
within one week of you
receiving
funds.
An additional
3% to 5% producer gross ownership goes to HollywoodFunding.com.
In
some cases, we become your exclusive consultation representation on

Option Three:
You have a good project but it does
not have a package, budget or attachments and we assist you in acquiring attachments and then
seeking funding.
Same as above in option two, but we Produce with you or form a
production company on the project and develop it. The percentage above
will be the same for consultation on raising the
funds, but as producers on your project if we decide to do so, will vary
depending on our participation and our associates' participation. In
many cases, a retainer fee will apply.
We require an

print, film, advertisements and or any other associate we bring in to
assist us and or you in obtaining funds to make your project come a
reality.

With each paid option you will
get:
A Readers report. A
standard $150.00 value. If your project needs rewriting, we will suggest
it and if you need help on cleaning up your script or project, we have
writers standing by at different rates.
Deal review and assessment. A
standard $250.00 value. If your project needs revisions, we will suggest
it and if you need help on cleaning project, we have associates business plan developers
standing by at different rates.
Placement on the web site with
your project offer and any info you wish to share with Hollywoodfunding.com and its viewers.
An agreement that
Hollywoodfunding.com is hosting your projects and in each particular
project, an agreement for
consultation
and representation your deal with a
statement signed by you that what you say and provide to us is real and
truthful.
An agreement signed by you called an NDA. (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

What to expect.
A place to show your project
in a relatively safe environment, with the viewers knowledge that
HollywoodFunding.com has reviewed it and its placement shows
verifiability. We review your project for different investors and
either contact them by phone, e mail or mail. If an interested party would
like to see more on your project, and in many case, we then contact
you and network you with them and or them to you.

What we do with your info.
First, is we review your
material for its possibilities in placement on the HollywoodFunding.com
web site and matching it to interested parties.
Second. Any information you
submit, we verify that it is correct and all statements are real.
e.g. Script is copyrighted by said holders, we do run checks on the
verifiability of people
involved, Letters of Intent (LOI's) and any other claims made are real.
In this, we assure to the best
of our abilities at HollywoodFunding.com that the interested parties are getting
what is claimed by a particular project.
Third. We place your project on
the site in two section. First, the short version with other
projects. Second, a link from that to a full web page all your own
(except side and bottom banners and our info and links). Third, an
e mail link to us, ( option one is the only option that has your direct e
mail along with our e mail).

What we will
need from you.
THE SUBMISSION
FORM STATEMENT FOR NEW PROJECTS is linked below and when you
E mail us with your submission, and by doing so you agree to hold harmless
for any acts of breach or misuse through
HollywoodFunding.com and or its associates to the following:

One:
An consultant agreement signed by you stating that you are
contracted with us as a consultant and we will place your project in brief
form on the web site and look for interested parties from the site and
through our contacts. This agreement has two clauses, one for exclusive
and the other non exclusive.
TWO:
An Non Disclosure agreement (NDA) stating that you will not use our
contacts outside of the aforementioned agreement.
Three:
The projects full package mailed or emailed to us, agreements signed, the fee, short
outline and a longer version for placement on the site.
All projects submitted need to have a
similar look of other projects. Example Page.
Although we review many projects, we have the right to
refuse any project or return a project that has been found to be operating
distastefully or illegally. For return of project, you must include a STAE.
