First: This fund is for projects directly funded by this fund.
Mission Statement

Independent
Motion Pictures, Television, Music, Theater, The Internet, and a brave
new
world of Media and an exciting new world of media and media delivery
systems.” The Company
Upon launch, Hollywood Film Funds would fund, produce, and oversee a
continuing slate of marketable feature film projects (with output
deals), low budget "Genre" straight to DVD Film Projects (with
distribution), P&A (Prints and Advertising) deals with the Major
Studios; Television; Music (publishing catalogs, merchandise, CDs,
Videos, concert tours, production, and soundtracks), and Internet
related Webisodes, and Mobisodes (mobile), interactive merchandising,
cross licensing, and cross platform promotions.
We have a very talented, highly experienced first-rate team in place. We
have a
variety of projects, ready to go into production. Each pre-packaged,
with Scripts, Budgets, Business Plans, Marketing, Cash Flow Projects,
schedules, and distribution strategies.
Second would be for funding full funds that are ready to go.
From a Media Fund or full production companies that are set up for
features to TV shows with packages, distribution to quality people to
run all operations from production to distribution. A few we
represent have budget from $50MM to about $100MM. Third are P &
A companies which are seeking about $50MM with bank loans that would use
that for about $100MM. One of these P & A companies has successfully
handled the P & A for a few dozen top A list films. The Returns
The benefits of such funds is not only to spread the risk and return
through multiple
pictures, but with each and every multiple ancillary market; giving the
investor a
potential compounded annual rate with a high percent return. Plus in
most case the investment is set up in safe banking structures in which
the money never leaves the fund managers and the investors control, but
its uses also provide a percentage with interest. In today's
economy, now is the best time to be involved in the entertainment
business and with the available packages and what we have available, you
will
